Reactive Maintenance
Maintenance related issues can occur at any time, we will assess each issue when reported and will despatch the right resources to resolve the issue depending on the seriousness of the issue and the impact on the tenant. At ZFA we provide an out of hour’s emergency service that is designed to address the most serious of issues within 2 hours.
We have skilled mobile teams covering everything from a water leaks or broken locks right the way through to extreme weather damage and disaster recovery. Where non-urgent works are isolated, we plan these for a later visit or place it in our scheduled.
