We operate a leasing scheme on certain types of larger blocks of residential properties and commercial residential properties where we lease from landlords for terms up to 10 years and in some cases longer. These properties are then managed by us to fulfil requirements from government bodies such as local authorities, HSE and the justice department. Rents are paid monthly and are guaranteed and as always with ZFA the maintenance and management is provided by us.
